ROCKY MOUNT - Charles Edward Williams, age 74, passed away on August 30, 2026. Born on November 1, 1951, he was the son of the late Herbert "Buck" Williams and Mary Williams. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Herbert, Bobby, and Jerry.
Charles is survived by his wife, Anita Williams; his two sons, Michael Williams and wife, Jessica, and Jonathan Williams and wife, Jennifer; four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Charles' Life will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Nashville Methodist Church, 209 E. Washington Street, Nashville. A visitation will follow the service in the gathering place of the church.
